5cm x 0.5cm or 2” x 0.25”
Blossom (I made 85 blossoms)
Make a magic loop.
(3 ch, sl st in circle) 5 times. Pull circle tight and fasten off.
Work 19 ch.
Miss 2 ch and work 1 hdc in each st to end. Work enough chain to hang your swing from the branch at the desired height. Fasten off.
Attach cotton to the other side of the swing.
Work the same amount of chain as you worked for the 1st side. Fasten off.
To Make Up
Weave in ends. Stitch the blossoms to the tree using either a bead or a French knot for the centre of the flower. I attached the blossoms mainly in groups of three.
Attach the swing to the branch where shown.
Sit a child teddy on the swing if desired.
